EFNW - Washington State

The Epilepsy Foundation Northwest (EFNW) provides programs and services to people with epilepsy throughout Washington state. The Seattle office covers western Washington; Spokane covers eastern Washington; Richland covers southeast Washington; and southwest Washington is covered by the EFNW Portland office. You may contact any office for information about epilepsy or to learn more about the Epilepsy Foundation Northwest.

The contact information for the Seattle, Spokane, Richland and Portland offices is located in the “Contact” section on this website, or by clicking on one of the “stars” on the adjacent map.  Under this section, you can also email a question to our offices by simply clicking on the “Website Contact Form” and submit your question for reply by an Epilepsy Foundation Northwest representative.

The Seattle program offers a Parent Support Group, an Adult Education & Networking Group and a YEA! Youth with Epilepsy Advocates program.

The Spokane program offers a Parent Support Group and the YEA! Youth with Epilepsy Advocates program. 

The Vancouver Adult & Education Group meets bi-monthly and is coordinated through the EFNW Portland office.

In the Tri-Cities, the Arc of Tri-Cities (www.arcoftricities.com) is the partner agency for EFNW in southeast Washington. The Project Access Epilepsy Washington Program (www.doh.wa.gov/cfh/mch/Epilepsy/Default.htm) along with EFNW has embarked on a program to reach out to the Hispanic communities in Yakima, Benton and Franklin counties.
